At Alex & Milène Traiteurs, we create menus that change with the seasons, depending on the ingredients available in Quebec and your needs. As a result, we don't have a set menu.

Brunch
Brunch can be served as a take-out snack, or as a sit-down meal, using reusable or compostable cutlery.
Examples: breakfast sandwich on a bagel, fruit and chocolate crepes, egg Benedict on an English muffin, homemade waffles, omelettes and hash browns, etc.
Eat on the go, hot or cold, depending on the daily menu. We offer a delivery service, or pick-up in person at our Longueuil location.
Lunch Boxes
Buffet
Meals are available as hot or cold self-service buffets, or served by our team, using reusable or compostable cutlery.
Offerts with soup or salad options, main courses, side dishes, various garnishes and desserts. Optional beverage
Examples: lunch salads, oriental stir-fry, chicken pâté, poké-bowl, boeuf bourguignon, tacos, butter chicken, quiches.

Well-stocked and varied, transportable in a wheeled container, with coolers and coffee percolator. We provide snacks for special diets. Our glasses are reusable or compostable.
For example: raw vegetables and dips, pastries, chocolate, chips, dried fruit, candy, breads and toppings, bars, herbal teas, etc.

Examples: cheese soups and spreads, legume salad, mushroom turnovers, steak grilled-cheese, burritos, stew and bread.
